I can sit here and talk all day about how great the 30 Day Belly Be Gone Challenge is but it doesn’t really matter does it if you can’t see the results or see what participants have to say about the Belly Be Gone Challenge program.

“The Belly Be Gone challenge was awesome! It was well planned out and gave me
the tools to help me follow through with my goals! There were things I could
not do because of health issues but Blake helped me with modifying my routine.
The food part was great there were substitutes that help because I am a bit picky lol. The group was always encouraging me and I know for everyone else too! I’m now on to the second phase loving every moment of it. I needed this for my health.
I’m 52 years old and felt like a 90 year old!! Since doing this it has helped my joints three are not as sore. I feel better inside out!! I’m never hungry! I found a new love the gym!! I can’t and I won’t stop now this is a lifestyle change for me. The only thing stopping you from doing it is you!!

Our exercise program has been great. We didn't have to kill ourselves to start and we progress more each week. All routines are manageable and adaptable to your physical strengths.
Lastly, and most important is our Facebook group. This support group is amazing! We encourage each other, share jokes, share personal successes, share food photos and exercise photos. We challenge each other and support each other. I could not have done this without Blake and ALL my fellow challengers.
