The Belly Be Gone Program is a new and dynamic program that will allow you to lose weight (and burn fat) while strengthening and shaping your entire body without starving yourself or killing yourself in the gym!
The Belly Be Gone Program builds off of the principles set out in the wildly successful Belly Be Gone Challenge and will allow you the opportunity to truly transform your body. Each and every month you will receive a new program (meal plan, recipe pack, and home workouts) that will allow your body to change and grow while shedding unwanted body fat for a healthier and happy you!
The Belly Be Gone Program is a dynamic program that changes as your body changes. Using a combination of sound principles, the Belly Be Gone program will activate your muscular, cardiovascular and digestive systems in order to facilitate true body change. Over each successive month you will lose weight, gain muscular strength and get fit.
Every month you will receive the following:
· New meal plan (built on a 7 day regiment);
· Grocery list for the meal plan;
· Recipe pack (including 15 to 20 new recipes which you can use in the meal plan for more variety and foods);
· Home workout program (includes, videos and instructions);
· Access to the Belly Be Gone App (all your workouts and exercises will be stored);
· Access to the Belly Be Gone Private Facebook Group where you will receive the guidance and support you need to succeed!
The Belly
Be Gone Program takes out all of the guess work when it comes to losing weight, gaining
strength and improving your health (and well-being). You never have to wonder
if you are on the right track or not! You never have to wonder if what you are
doing is what you should be doing! The Belly Be Gone Program makes sure you are always on the right track!
Once you
subscribe to the Belly Be Gone Program you will be enrolled on a monthly basis
to receive the Belly Be Gone meal plan (plus grocery list), recipe pack (between 15 and 20 new recipes),
workouts (plus exercises and instruction), access to the private Facebook group
and the Belly Be Gone App.
Your meal plan, grocery list and recipe pack will be sent to your email address
in .pdf. Your workouts and exercises will all be stored in the Belly Be Gone
app. Every month, all you have to do is log into your Belly Be Gone app and
your new workouts and exercises will be waiting for you!
I will create your Belly Be Gone account for your app and send you instructions
on how to access your account and log in.
On the last week of each month I will send you your program which will allow you enough time to gather your new groceries and look over your new workout program.
Each week I will put on two live sessions in the Belly Be Gone private Facebook group which will include the following:
· Special exercise demonstrations
· Special tips and techniques
· Nutritional information
· And other information that will help to improve your results!
Billing happens on the 3rd week of every month. I will send you a payment link and if you want to continue, great but if not, no hard feelings and I will take you off of the program.
The Belly Be Gone workouts are designed to activate, not annihilate. The workouts will be exciting and challenging but not to the point of leaving your drained, exhausted and feeling horrible.
The
workouts are designed to help you reach your goals WITHOUT draining your energy
levels or over taxing your central nervous system (which will leave you feeling
exhausted and tired). In fact, your energy levels will improve using the Belly
Be Gone workouts and you're going to feel AWESOME!
The Belly Be Gone workouts are designed to:
1- Activate your muscular system for strength and shape;
2- Activate your cardiovascular system for improved health and fat burning;
3- Specialize those problem areas including the belly, booty and arms.
The Belly Be Gone workouts are all home based and require no special equipment other than some dumbbells. The cardiovascular workouts are all low impact so they are safe for your joints, tendons and ligaments. There is no hopping, jumping or skipping and we don’t use high impact movements that may put your body at risk. However, don’t let that fool you into thinking the workouts are super easy. They are "just" challenging enough to ensure your body keeps improving to facilitate body transformation.
