Ingredients
· 1 piece reduced sodium bacon (cooked)
· 2 hardboiled eggs, chopped
· 1/2 large avocado, chopped
· 1 tbsp. red onion, finely chopped
· 1 tbsp. red bell pepper, finely chopped
· Salt substitute and ground pepper, to taste
· 1 glass of water (16 oz)
Cooking Instructions
· Fry the bacon until crispy in a non-stick pan, let it cool slightly and chop.
· Combine the bacon, eggs, avocado, onion and bell pepper in a bowl.
· Season with salt substitute and pepper to serve.
