Hook and Knee Low Impact Cardio Exercise

The hook and knee low impact cardio exercise is one of my favorite “go to” low impact exercises. The reason I love performing this exercise is because it doesn’t put any undue stress on the knees and ankles (as with other jumping exercises) but it is highly effective. Plus, the hook and knee exercise can be used in other sequences or circuits to really help boost the intensity and challenge for that sequence. It may take a bit of getting used to but once you get the hand of the hook and knee low impact cardio exercise you’re going to love it.

I will show you how to do the hook and knee low impact cardio exercise below.

·         Keep your head level and try not to look down (you will lose your balance) while performing the exercise
