Sample Belly Fat Burning Meal Plan

When it comes to burning belly fat, your results are going to come mostly from your nutrition plan. I’ll be very honest here, you cannot lose weight and burn belly fat without following a nutrition plan that is designed specifically for those two purposes. It is imperative that you reduce your overall calorie intake and get your sodium and sugars to less than 2.5 grams and 25 grams per day respectively.

In addition, you will want to make sure you are eating every two to three hours. Doing so will ensure you digestive system stays active and you are not going hungry. If you find yourself going too hungry in between meals, have 1 tablespoon of organic peanut butter (no more than 1 tablespoon).

When you find yourself hungry, have a tablespoon of peanut butter! (No more than a tablespoon though)

Belly Fat Burning Meal Plan

The following sample belly fat burning meal plan has been designed using a low carb moderate protein protocol. I am very certain that if you follow the sample belly fat burning meal plan below you will lose weight, burn fat and shape up.

Breakfast:

·         1 boiled egg

·         1 string cheese snack (mozzarella)

·         1 cup grapes

·         1 glass of water

Mid-morning snack:

·         Oikos Strawberry yogurt

·         1 glass of water

Lunch: Wrap

·         1 whole wheat tortilla

·         2 teaspoon mayonnaise (Hellman's low fat)

·         3 slices deli style roast chicken breast

·         1/2 medium avocado, mashed

·         2 slices of tomato, diced

·         1 Romaine lettuce leaf, chopped

·         2 glasses of water

Spread mayonnaise and mashed avocado on tortilla. Layer on other ingredients and wrap

Mid-afternoon snack:

·         1 medium apple

·         4 pecans

·         1 cup of water

Dinner: Italian spiced pork chops

·         4 oz lean centre cut pork chop (trimmed of fat)

·         1/4 teaspoon paprika

·         1/4 teaspoon sage

·         1/4 cup of chopped onions

·         Pinch of black pepper

·         1 cup frozen broccoli

·         1/2 cup preggo original pasta sauce

·         1/2 cup frozen corn, Green Giant (microwaved / steamed)

·         16 oz of purified water

Season pork with sage, paprika, and top with onions. Cook chop over medium heat for 15 minutes or until cooked through. Meanwhile, add broccoli and corn to a bowl and microwave according to package directions. Heat pasta sauce. Once chops are cooked add to a dish and top with pasta sauce. Serve with veggies.

Evening snack:

·         2 carrots

·         9 whole almonds (unroasted / unsalted, raw whole)

·         1 glass of water

Servings designed for 1. You may have to adjust the ingredients depending on how many people will be eating.

·         Calories: 1,288

·         Protein: 82 grams

·         Carbohydrates: 47 grams

·         Fat: 10 grams

·         Sodium: 592 milligrams
